Latrice Ross is a lover of books, collector of shoes and tiaras and an accidental social justice disruptor who has more than 20 years of experience helping people and organizations turn potential into success as an organizational and human capital development professional with a focus on culture, engagement and diversity, equity and inclusion. I have worked with organizations to develop and implement organizational diversity strategies which promote greater diversity and inclusion. I believe the best part of my work is shifting mindsets and transforming organizational culture to create a greater sense of belonging so that everyone thrives.
